About us

Professional care, shaped around you

We are a Tasmanian provider built by support workers who were tired of watching people squeezed into somebody else's timetable. Everything starts with a conversation about what a good week looks like for you.

From there we write the plan with you, match you with workers who fit, and keep the same faces coming back. When your goals change, the support changes with them. No re-explaining, no waiting for a review cycle.

  • Tailored support plans
  • Family-centred care
  • Experienced, screened staff
  • Flexible service delivery

We meet you and the people important to you, and map goals, routines and preferences.

  3. Match and start

You meet the workers before they start, and approve the roster and the plan.

  4. Review together

Regular check-ins keep the support current, and reporting is ready before every plan review.

Daniel R.Carer, Kingston
“They said no to a service they could not deliver well and referred me elsewhere. That is when I decided to stay with them.”
Priya S.Support coordinator, Hobart
“Respite used to be something I dreaded. Now I ask when the next stay is.”
Jordan M.Participant, Moonah
“Invoices are clear, reports arrive before the review, and nobody has to chase them.”
Anita W.Plan manager, Launceston
“They took the time to match me with someone who likes the same music. Small thing, big difference.”
Sam K.Participant, Bellerive
